Skincare manufacturer packaging design services, in one place
Skincare brands and contract manufacturers often need packaging fast and in many variants. Because we design and print in our own factory, our skincare manufacturer packaging design services cover the whole path: structure, artwork, proofing and the finished boxes. You do not need to brief a designer, then re-brief a printer, then chase both when the colours do not match.
For manufacturers launching several client brands, we can work to each brand's guidelines and keep files organised per SKU, so reorders and new shades are simple. For founder-led brands we can build the identity and the packaging together, then hand over a clear set of rules for future products.
Designing for the routine: serums, creams and cleansers
Customers use skincare in a sequence, and good packaging makes that sequence obvious. We use a clear naming and numbering system, consistent placement for the active ingredient, and a colour code that tells cleanser from serum from moisturiser at a glance. A range designed this way is easier to sell as a set and easier to reorder.
Small formats such as ampoules and travel sizes need extra care. We test hierarchy at real size before sign-off, so the product name and the key benefit stay readable on a 30 mm panel, and the mandatory text still fits without shrinking below a comfortable size.
Sunscreen and SPF packaging
Sunscreen and SPF packaging carries more required information than most skincare, and the rules vary between markets such as the US, UK and EU. We plan the panels so the SPF value, broad-spectrum statement, directions and warnings have the space they need, then design the brand elements around them rather than the other way round.
The exact wording and test claims must come from your regulatory adviser and your testing data. Our job is to make that information clear and well ordered on pack, and to keep the front panel clean enough that the product still looks like your brand rather than a warning label.
Finishes and materials for skincare boxes
Skincare often suits quieter finishes: uncoated or soft-touch board, a blind deboss, a single foil line, or a window that shows the bottle. We recommend finishes based on how the box will be handled. A carton that lives in a bathroom needs a coating that resists water marks; a gift set needs a rigid box that keeps its shape after opening.
If sustainability is part of your positioning, we can design around recycled or FSC-certified boards and keep plastic windows and laminates to a minimum. We are careful with environmental claims on pack and will ask you to confirm the certification or data behind any statement you want printed.
