A base box that works every month
Most subscription boxes use one base mailer printed in larger quantities. It carries the brand and protects the contents, and it is sized to fit the typical monthly selection. We design it to look good empty and full, and to fit courier and letterbox size limits where needed.
Inside printing gives the base box character without extra cost each month. A message, a pattern or a simple illustration inside the lid makes the first open feel like a moment.
Changing elements keep it fresh
To make each box feel different, we design elements that change: a printed sleeve, an insert card explaining the contents, a sticker seal or tissue paper. These can be produced in shorter runs and swapped each month.
We set up templates so your team can update the monthly card or sleeve quickly, keeping the look consistent while the content changes.
Inserts and protection
Subscription contents change, so inserts need to be flexible. We design adjustable or modular inserts that hold different products securely, or simple card dividers that keep items from moving.
We test the box with a typical monthly selection before production to make sure nothing rattles or breaks in transit.
From subscription brief to production
You share your typical contents, order volumes, shipping method and references. We reply with questions and a fixed quote, then present concepts on 3D mockups, usually within 48 hours of an agreed brief.
We produce base mailers and printed extras in our own factory from 500 units, and can schedule repeat runs as your subscriber numbers grow.
