A lid & base box is a two-piece rigid box: a base and a separate lid that slides over it. Clean, classic, very versatile. We make lid & base boxes in our own factory in Pakistan from 500 units, with a digital proof and 3D mockup before print.

The most adaptable rigid construction. Lid depth can be full (covering the whole base) or partial (showing a band of the base in a second colour), and the slight air resistance as the lid lifts reads as quality.

EVA foam
CNC-cut cavities that hold each item tight. Black, white or grey.
Velvet-lined EVA
EVA wrapped in velvet or flocked fabric for jewellery and watches.
Card insert
Folded paperboard dividers. Recyclable and easy to print on.
Satin cushion
Padded satin pillow for single items such as watches or rings.
Wrap & closure
Printed art paper
157 gsm coated paper printed CMYK or Pantone, then laminated.
Specialty textured paper
Uncoated or embossed stocks with colour through the sheet.
Linen cloth
Book-cloth with a woven texture; takes foil and debossing well.
